HAVE YOUR CUP OF COFFEE & EAT IT TOO!

The eatable cup to go!
Italian coffee giant Lavazza--one of my personal favs--created an eatable coffee cup made of a biscuit. This biscuit is molded in a cup form with a special iced sugar coating inside. The coating works as an insulator, which makes the cup waterproof. You can drink your Lavazza coffee, eat your biscuit while being uber environmentally friendly at the same time. GENIUS!

GLITTER WITH SUMI INK

Comme des Garcons does it again!
Japanese lux fashion label Comme des Garcons well know for their unconventional approach in the world of fashion and fragrances, released a special edition of (scent) 2. While Comme des Garcons fragrances are largely unisex, this particular edition is perhaps better suited for the women. Glitter is based on the legendary Sumi ink made in the temples of Japan. This seductive fragrance blends the seared wood notes of Sumi with spiritual scents of incense: patchouli and amber. It then takes a turn toward the shiny n' happy with the bright notes of magnolia and ripe, fresh new aldehydes (orange and mandarin).

You can't help but fall in love with this glitter's scent and purple glitter coated bottle design. It truly does smell as sexy and unique as it looks. This exclusive flagrance is sold mainly in high end boutiques. I wasn't even able to get it in Amsterdam, can you believe it?

ALL THAT SPARKLES

Go Glam-Rock in 2010
Glitter and metallics continue to reinvent themselves in the world of cosmetics. I especially like the M·A·C Glitter. It can be applied directly to the skin or combined with products to create high-level glitter and sparkle effects on all areas of the face and skin (even hair).  For a fresh alternative to the rocker smokey eye, apply a warm brown or copper shadow through the crease and underneath. Then use a black line liner around the lashline. Top it off with MAC glitter in Gold. And viola..your Glam-Rock look is a go go! Whenever you add reflective shimmer to a black liner or shadow it scatters light and makes the black appear more natural.

You can also apply this shade to your lips for a unique effect.  Metallic lipsticks are becoming more trendy.
I predict this to be more prevelant for Summer 2010 looks, when the skin has a sun kissed tan.
